USERS UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE
Ipswich Speedway is fully committed to supporting and complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Children can surf our Web Sites, view content, play games and download materials without us collecting PII. Children under 13 years of age are NOT permitted to join our forum, and should any do so they will have had to falsify their Date of Birth and so invalidate their membership.

E-COMMERCE
At the current time Ipswich Speedway operates ecommenrce in respect of the sale of season tickets. This service is secure and provided by paypal.com. Please see their site for general tersm and conditions. Our track shop proprietor N Barber operates his own independent online operation (www.enjaydesigns.com) that does operate E-Commerce. Please see that specific sites own terms and conditions and privacy policies. Please note that Ipswich Speedway cannot be help responsible for any purchases made through E-Commerce or any other means on that site.

SAFETY AND SECURITY
We have implemented various technical and organizational measures to secure and protect the information provided by you. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure. While we try to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us. You use the Web Sites, and provide us with personal information, at your own risk. To the extent reasonably necessary to protect a user's safety, we may collect his or her name, address, and/or email address but only in relation for purposes of registering with our online forum. USE OF TECHNOLOGY

USE OF COOKIES

Our Web Sites contain electronic images that allow us to count page views. In addition to this out hosting providers PlusDot Computer Serves Ltd are also able to provide us with anonymous usage statistics.

COMPUTER PROFILES
Through relevant technologies we also collect and accumulate other anonymous data that helps us understand and analyze the Internet experience of our visitors.
